How do I schedule a patient for homebound services?
Orders can be submitted via fax, email or online. To order online click on homebound services and fill out the order form and hit the submit button. Orders can be faxed to 866-304-4034 or emailed to email@example.com.
How much notice does your service require?
Routinely, we prefer orders by 3:00 pm central standard time the business day before collection, but high-priority draws can often be added to the daily schedule. Please call 855-871-8757 for details.
Do you do PT/INR tests?
Yes. Stover commonly accepts and manages standing orders for these tests.
How does the patient know Stover is coming?
Once the patient has been put on the schedule, Stover calls the patient, or the patient’s living facility, the night before the scheduled draw to confirm Stover’s visit. The phlebotomist will give the patient a 2 hour window of when they will arrive.
What type of insurance does Stover accept?
We accept Medicare and all private insurance, some deductible or co-pay may apply. Traditional Medicare covers 100 percent for homebound blood draws. Medicaid is not accepted.
